Refund & Cancellation
Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it’s a damaged/defective product, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you. Any damage issue with the product delivered then customer needs to mail us at sharlprame@gmail.com or Whatsapp us on 9818792134 within 24 hours from the date of the delivery of the parcel. If reverse pickup facility is available on your pincode We will arrange a pickup for the same place of delivery and resend the product.
Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few pincodes, in this case customer is requested to send back the products with customer name and mobile on it. The Shipping charges for sending back will be refunded (upto 100₹) to you once you share the receipt of courier and we receive the damaged goods back.
* Order once placed is not liable for any cancellation in any circumstances whatsoever.
Return Policy
We humbly don’t take returns on items sold once except for special cases.
Wrong Delivery: If it’s an incorrect item sent other than what customer ordered we would take return of the same. Any such issue with the product delivered , customer needs to mail us at sharlprame@gmail.com within 24 Hours from the date of delivery the parcel .If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and generate refunds on delivery of the package.

Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time – All orders are processed within 2-10 business days except for the customized orders or pre-orders or as communicated during the order placement. Sometimes Orders may be delay due to holidays and festivals.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer shipping Pan India. In most cases delivery to over 96% pincodes occur within 4 – 10 business days, but this may get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible and in case we are not able to deliver this within 30 days, we will issue a refund for your order.
Cash on Delivery is not available.
* Fast delivery (By Air)- We offer 2 Day Delivery within PAN India. Extra ₹ 190/- (per kg) will be charged for the same and order has to be placed before 3 pm on the previous day. Please note, delivery might not happen on Festivals and Public Holidays.
